Refund policy
What is the return policy? You may return new, unused products in original condition within 30 days of receipt. If the product is damaged or shows wear and tear then a refund will not be issued, so be sure not to damage or alter the product if you are unsure whether you will keep it. For fastest service, please contact us to arrange for a return. Within 14 days of order receipt you may also use this return form, but we recommended contacting us first.
What is the warranty policy? All products are warranted for one year under normal/intended use for defects in materials and workmanship. Any product found to be defective we will gladly replace for you.
Do you offer a money back guarantee? We do not offer a money back guarantee for used products, and the reasons for this are 1) There is no possibility that the products will not work to protect your health in the presence of EMF radiation; 2) The products are not designed to fix existing health problems or make you feel different; 3) the products do not block EMF radiation, so there is nothing to "test" to see if it is working. Refunds (if applicable)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then a refund for the product purchase price (not including shipping fees) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 to 3 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged or if you need a different size. Please contact us and we will provide instructions.
Shipping
After contacting us to request a return we will give you instructions on where to send the return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We always recommend sending returns via a service that is trackable, and if valued at over $100, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please do not send the return with a signature required, however, as this may delay the processing of your return.
